What we do
Facade repair
Joint sealing, panel fixing, plaster and paint work on buildings up to 24 storeys. No scaffolding, no closed pavements.
Industrial inspection
Visual and photo inspection of tanks, silos, chimneys and port cranes, with a written report and defect map.
Winter maintenance
Removal of icicles and snow overhang from roofs and cornices — the busiest part of our year, from December to March.
How a job starts
- 1. Site visit
- A technician looks at the anchors and the access route. Free within Riga.
- 2. Written offer
- Scope, price per m² or per point, and the working window.
- 3. Work
- Two technicians minimum, one always on the ground. Daily photo report.
Emergency call-outs (loose cladding, ice) are handled the same day where a team is free.
